At Our Handmade Collective we have lots of unusual handmade gifts for Father’s Day on Sunday 16th June 2013. More than half of our makers have made something special for you to buy your Father! What sort of dad is yours?
For the well-dressed dad we have some elegant cufflinks upcycled from scrabble tiles Handmade by Natalie, in their own presentation box. We have other cufflinks for you to choose from.
For the scientific dad you could get a new key ring or mug with a microscopic photograph printed on it by SciArtImages. This keyring is Whatman lens cleaning tissue photographed using polarised light microscopy!
For the beer-loving dad Bottom’s Up Nappy Cakes have made a ‘Pint of Socks’! Hidden inside a Guinness or Magners branded pint glass there is: a pair of socks, facecloth, mini Lynx deodorant or chocolate bar, expertly wrapped in cellophane with a gift tag – £7.50 each.
For the tea- or coffee-loving dad a giant-sized mug with a pair of socks, face cloth, football soap on a rope and chocolate bar, beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a gift tag – £10 each. Have you got a Mr Strong or Mr Grumpy in your life?

Claire has made a gift set for your ‘No. 1 Dad’ and non-girly bath bombs individually wrapped with labels that say ‘You Mean the World to me Dad’, ‘Gold Medal for Dad’ and my personal favourite…’You’re a Good Egg, Dad!’.
For the foodie dad we have a range of unusual fruit sauces, cordials and preserves handmade by The Seasonal Larder. Each gift is beautifully presented in a natural hessian bag or cardboard box tied with raffia. We also sell slate cheeseboards by George & Joseph.

This photograph shows the amazing chests that Emma makes from chocolate. Each chest is elegantly wrapped in cellophane making them an extra special present.
For the dad that has everything you are sure to find something really unique in Our Handmade Collective. For example how about this beautiful glass bird by Tina Green Glass Artist (photo by Ollievision Photography).
